Had a great experience at 818 Smoke Shop thanks to Jon. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without trying to upsell me. Great customer service, good vibes, and a really welcoming atmosphere. If you stop by, definitely ask for Jon. I’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
