Circle Hookah Bar is one of those hidden gems you’d never expect to find just driving by. It’s tucked away in a small mini-mall, and from the outside it looks pretty unassuming — but the moment you step inside, it feels like you’ve been transported to another country. The atmosphere is beautiful, immersive, and surprisingly upscale for a place you could easily miss if you weren’t looking for it. The service is excellent — attentive without being overbearing — and the hookah is even better. The menu is small, but honestly that works in its favor. This isn’t a place you go for a full dinner spread; you go for the experience and the hookah, and in that department they absolutely deliver. The smoke is incredibly smooth, the flavors are clean, and the setup is clearly handled by people who know what they’re doing. If you’re in the area and looking for a solid hookah lounge, this is easily one of the best spots to be. Staff is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. Music, vibe, and overall experience are on point. Perfect place to relax with friends, unwind after a long day, or just enjoy a quality hookah in a chill environment. Highly recommend — definitely coming back!

Comfortable couches, easy parking and the hookah came out pretty fast. Staff was attentive and didn’t forget about us, but the overall atmosphere felt a little off. The biggest issue was the music being way too quiet. You could clearly hear conversations from other tables the whole time, which made it hard to actually relax and talk normally. Also kind of surprising that there were no cards, board games or anything like that since most hookah lounges usually have something. The hookah tasted good at first but lost flavor pretty quickly and after around 40 minutes we were basically done with it. Spent around $90 total for one hookah, two waters and tip included. Prices are pretty standard for LA hookah spots, but the experience itself didn’t really stand out.
