Bought a Kingdom Whip canister from this smoke shop and had a terrible experience. After only using it once or twice, the gas started leaking uncontrollably from the canister. Even after removing the nozzle, the gas continued escaping and the entire canister emptied out. I went back to the shop and explained the issue to the same employee who sold it to me. The first time I came in he was friendly, but this time he had a completely different attitude and seemed annoyed that I came back with a problem. Despite the product clearly being faulty and barely used, I was offered no refund or replacement. Very disappointing customer service and no accountability for defective products. Be careful buying from here.
