I've been here several times and it just isn't that great. There's much better options (cheaper with better customer service) within a mile radius. This morning, Chris, opened shop at 9:30 (30 minutes after scheduled time) with no kind of apology for making me wait. He then sold me a torch that proceeded to stop working when I got home. They have a no return policy, but since Chris claims to be the owner, you'd think he could make an exception for a $3.99 torch after I offered to bring the broken one in. He was condescending and rude. I'll go a little out of my way next time to not have to deal with the attitude. Btw - Leo at happy tymez nearby is soooooo much better and stands out with customer service in the area. UPDATE: The opener did not arrived until almost 9:30am..Later in the day, during the refund exchange when he was rude, he said his name was Chris and he owned all five locations. Please review the footage. You will see the store opening late (after the white sedan with employee pulls into nearest spot to entrance). You will also see me return around 1pm to speak with "Chris" about the broken torch. I am wearing black pants and. Black sweatshirt without a hood (grey sweatshirt in second appearance) and am the first employee at the store. Feel free to report, but it's clear bad customer service is a systemic issue at this company. Never again.

This vape store was the only one in the area that carried the Al-Fakher Vapes I like. I called looking around to find a particular flavor. All the other shops were no help but Yego from smoke experts went above and beyond to help me find the flavor and held it back from me. The customer service is incredible plus their selection and variety are unbeatable. The only smoke shop I will be going to from here on out! Thanks Yego! You’re the best!

They have some extra large dick pipes black or white your choices ! They also have basebats pipes. Awesome gifts for special people like Miss.Karen and Ken.

This place is awesome. The store is clean, well organized and suggests a variety of every single product. Staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are the best in the area. Highly recommend to everyone!
