If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Ive come here a total of maybe 5 times. The first time was about a year ago. I bought a vape from them, I tried it right in front of them and it was broken. The lady here, which I think is the owner or owners wife was here with her son. Would not give me a new one AND THEY WOULDNT RETURN MY $25. After having to argue with them they finally gave me my money back. I recently came again, they charged me $6 for a 25fl oz can of butane. I pay cash, they don't charge me tax. I just went right now & he said it was $8 now plus tax. Tried charging me $12. I said I'm paying cash, why am I paying for tax. He then says it's $11. I told him I come here just for the butane, there are 2 other shops right across the street. He said "next time go there" Honestly there are always different workers, but common. Customer service is #1. I was not being mean or rude, I kept a smile on my face the whole time. I guess they don't need my business. 👎🏼

I went into the smoke shop and I bought a torch that I thought was good but then I decided to go in and exchange it and ALINA was more than happy to exchange it for me I had a great experience.

I got totally okie doked. I bought a nectar collector and my tip broke like the next day. I went back to buy another one and asked if I could get a deal being that I just spent like $100 the day before. So he’s like sure, they go for $16 and I’ll give it to you for $13. I get home and I’m told they shouldn’t be more than $10!!!! I felt so lame!!!

Best smoke shop around. Really good collection of cigars and prices are unbeatable. Now this place like 17 mins to drive for me but I rather drive there than go to local shops.

They are absolutely amazing and will work with you and make a hab for future return solid 5 star all the way
