This place has the worst customer service ever. The guy who works around 9 PM thinks he's like officer. Tough guy for the tobacco shop. The manager and other employees take care of people. But for some reason, he has some micromanaging insecurity issues, it's very bad for the look of this business xi jinping of rolling tobacco

Staff is always cool and lots of products to choose from, including things you don’t normally see anywhere, but might find yourself needing! So check em out. Special shout out to Drake for the assist down the road at their sister store, Smoke World. Drake went out of his way to locate a product for me within the company and made it possible. Check em out! Best smoke shop around, hands down. Always clean and well stocked, and they work hard to bring in new and exciting products. The best part though is that they have the nicest owner and staff around- always helpful and great for recommendations. They even have a killer soda selection and Japanese candy, AND are open till 3am most nights. What’s not to love???
