upon being a first time customer, i purchased a Puff Bar that ended up being defective. i did not realize this until i got home and was just considering it a loss. i returned to the shop and explained what happened with the associate and he kindly replaced my product and advised me on different brands. i’m beyond pleased with my experience here and will surely return 👍🏽
