Incredible customer service, I will make it a point to stop by the shop anytime I’m in town. The owners genuine kindness was so beautiful. I highly recommend this to the community. Get all your smoking needs here with Rami.

Been going here for a couple month. Never had an issue with this guy. He was very friendly. His card system rarely work. He over prices his vapes. And today he was nothing but rude to me after my card would not work. It wasn’t declining. It kept shooting system error. I had cash luckily. And gave him the cash but he grabbed it from me. He’s foreign and I truly believe it was because I am a woman he treated me so crappy. SMH. Sorry you lost a regular customer. Hard to believe you are still in business

I just park knowing the parking does not belong to no store and this grown man with an accent just came out that this was his customer parking, I replied that the parking does not have a sign. He yelled and stated that the parking is for his customer and if I am going to the restaurant for 2 to 3 hours I better move.. which I did not ...I ignored him and left...let the other people from the other store know and they claimed he always have been this way. Very rude, racist!!

Don’t know if this is the owner or worker but this guy is definitely a foreigner who is extremely rude and even threatened me all over a parking spot that belongs to the plaza. I casually parked if front of this business and was going to grab a drink from a couple businesses down from this one and this older guy came out yelling at me basically kicking me out telling me I couldn’t park there. I did not see any reservation nor assigned parking. I tried reasoning with this guys but he was very hostile and even threatened to key/ scratch my vehicle. I have no idea what this guy was on but very unprofessional behavior and extremely hostile. If you shop here beware of this business as I asked around and turns out I am not the first person he does this too as this guy has a history of lashing out on others as well.

I do not know the owners name, as today, 02.SEPT.23 was my first visit. I was looking for a carton of LD Red 100’s, (he had them in stock) he recommended I try Montego Red 100’s. He as they are slightly lower cost and taste great. He was spot on with that recommendation! Great smokes!! And he was very, very nice in addition to being helpful. I’ve lived down the road for 21 years, had no idea there was a smoke shop next to the old Target store at Palmdale/Armagosa. He has earned my business from this point forward!!! Thank you sir! My last review was from approx 2 years ago. I continue to use this smoke shop. He provides excellent service, he’s very helpful, and he asks about family. I urge anyone who uses smoke shops to give Palmdale Smoke Shop at try. You won’t regret it.
