Great selection of pods and coils with the flavor ban I can't say much about the juice because I don't like tobacco flavors. However I was extremely happy when I stopped by because they had the pods I have been looking for everywhere in Fresno and at a better price. Great place, Great service

This place is awesome. They have the best customer service. Ask for Tristan if he's there. I enjoy him so much talking to him about mods and oils. He is so helpful and he likes to help customers. I would definitely recommend this place. This is a picture of my mod that I bought from them. It is an Erris. I definitely recommend this mod. It was $69 I believe. Do not buy anything from Smok. They quit working on you after a month or so. It's a waste of money. Visalia Vapes doesn't even carry them. Vape Savvy sells them and they're nothing but junk. I highly recommend Visalia Vapes. Tell them Doreen sent you.

This is something new for me. I'm giving a review on a store I have not yet been to. I phoned in this morning to check on a product. They didn't have what I wanted either. However, I received a call back just a few minutes after I hung up. It was the young man I had spoken to earlier. He had taken the time to call their distributor to find out what was going on and why I couldn't find what I was looking for. It was so nice. He saved me hours of looking around trying to find it. He was knowledgeable about the product and so polite. The owner of the store has a great employee! Thank you so much Brent. I really do appreciate what you did for me. I would encourage anyone with a vaping need to call him or to go to Visalia Vapes! Thanks again.

I’ve been coming here off and on since they opened. I’ve left a few times due to employees or not having consistent stock, but I always came back due to convenience. I’m done for good this time. The last 3 times I’ve gone in the guy was SO high he didn’t even make sense. I really prefer to support small businesses but my business should be important to them. I’ll be one of the masses now ordering online. Such a shame. Do better Josh
