Unfortunately, not a great experience. No one was present at the front desk to check me in, as the young woman was chatting with her friend somewhere in the actual store and had no idea I entered. There's no bell, no doorbell, no door chime to indicate someone waiting. So I was there just standing until she decided to come out. When she decides to come around the corner, she takes my ID and lets me through. There is only one budtender for the entire store, and the line to order was long. This would've been fine with me if the website didn't explicitly state that there is *no express pick up for online orders*. Only for me to get there and there's 3 people in a DIFFERENT line for pick-up only. So I could've saved myself a good 15 minutes if this information was accurately communicated. Again, only one staff member for both lines. Finally, I get to the budtender myself and she can't locate me to ring me up. Turns out the front desk woman *never even checked me in*. So the budtender had to do it. Overall, the entire experience was extremely annoying and disorganized. The budtender was nice, name starts with M. But operationally, this place is a joke. Will be going somewhere more organized. 7/1/26 around 1pm.

I love this place!!!. Its close to home,the prices/quality are fire! and staff are Hella cool as well.! Isabel has always been a reliable help. I can trust her with knowing quality products for my mood. She's quick and easy to get along with. Thank yall!!

The people are great! I have been a few times and eveyone there has been awesome, helpful and make very good suggestions. I was there last night 2/26 right before they closed and guess what they were still amazing. I forget the gentleman's name that helped me but he definitely went over the top to make sure I got what I wanted and he had to work for it cause I had no idea what I really wanted lol. The Blonde Lady next to him has helped me a few times and she is Amazeballz too and very pretty. The selection is good and they have a variety of brands and way to consume. They have great selection on flower, pens, drinks, ect.

Alyssa seriously made my whole dispo experience 🔥 From the second I walked in, she was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and just had the best energy. She actually took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of rushing me, and her recommendations were on point. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about helping people find the right products—not just making a sale. On top of that, she kept the vibe fun, chill, and comfortable the whole time. If you get the chance to work with Alyssa, you’re in good hands 💯 Give her a raise fr.

I came in this afternoon and Lindsey was the sweetest budtender I’ve had, helped me out so much and made sure I got the best deals. I’m so happy and blessed!! Anyone would be lucky to talk to this gal
