I am very pleased with the customer service. I called in advance to inquire about a specific vape product, and the staff demonstrated excellent product knowledge. Upon my arrival, the gentleman who assisted me was exceptionally polite and well-informed. The store itself possesses a charmingly nostalgic atmosphere and exudes a very positive ambiance.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this shop. The older gentleman who works the counter (at least on my days there) is an absolute lad. Helped me swiftly and has an amazing attitude. Overall a wonderful family owned business.
