This is the third time I showed up at 11:00am and the place wasn’t opened, when its hours of operation are 10:00am - 2:00pm. Last time the guy showed up eventually but this time I couldn’t wait, so it really pissed me off.

I’m a happy customer for many years. Staff and owners are always very helpful. Big Bonus is it’s much closer. Go visit my friends.

Literally the best smoke shop in LA. The owner and the ENTIRE staff are completely badass. Awesome place with an insane selection💅🏻 I don't think they really know how much everyone on the Weho Strip appreciates them being here. I hope their business triples this year💯😎💅🏻

They gave me the wrong order, refused to apologize or refund without me visiting the store even though I got it delivered in the first place because I don’t have a car.

This place is immaculately clean! Everything is always well stocked. The staff is friendly and patient.
