Just left this smoke shop and had an amazing experience! Sam helped us out and was absolutely awesome, super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They have such a huge selection of products that I honestly could’ve spent hours browsing. Great customer service and great vibes all around. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Sam!

Amazing, amazing service!! My boyfriend bought a straight shooter bong and when he brought it home, we noticed it wasn't "working". We called and they said if we could bring it over (they were closing in 10 minutes but still allowed us to come). When we got there, they were willing to fix the situation by checking out the bong to see whether or not if they can just fix it, or replace the bong entirely. They were able to fix it, and kept checking if it was to our liking before leaving. It was perfect!! They genuinely did amazing!! They not only have wide selection of bongs and accessories, but their customer service was phenomenal! Definitely will be coming back and recommending to family and friends!

Just went in for my first piece (bong) and was helped out by Gabby and Bill. They were extremely thorough through out the selection process. Happy with my piece and the service. Also, great on pricing! Definitely will recommend to others. Thank you

Have been coming here for over 10 years and have never been disappointed once. Where to start. For one, the staff is always very friendly, humble, and helpful when you come in and want to pick out some glass or whatever you need. They don't try to persuade you or rip you off in buying something you don't want, they truly help you find what you want and need. Secondly, their quality of glass pipes, bongs, bubblers are always great, with a huge selection to look from! They do sell tobacco products, vapes, papers, etc, tons of stuff to check out! Lastly, well if you don't know Bill you should. He is the most down to earth dude out there. Very humble, helpful, honest and remembers his customers! I came last week and hadn't been by in 2 years and he still remembered me. Thank you man and your staff for always being the best shop out there, literally have never bought glass from any other shop but here! So for whoever is reading this, do check them out, you won't regret it! Hoping to come down again soon for a new rig 🤙

I recently purchased an item and upon returning home to Washington, I discovered a leak when filling it with water. I contacted the store to explain the situation. My mother, who is not familiar with cannabis products, kindly returned to the store on my behalf to seek a replacement. The staff were not only accommodating in offering a price match for a higher-value item but also generously included a complimentary Pelican case to ensure its safe transportation. I rate this experience 10/10 and highly recommend their services.
