Phenomenal smoke shop!!! Best experience ever!!! Love this place ❤️ always something new ever time I walk in,, I love it ❤️

I come here pretty often and I’ve always had a good experience. Today, I bought a vape which immediately tasted burnt to me. I called to let them know and they asked me to come in. I brought in the vape still in the box and explained. I get this brand every time and know it’s a “lighter” vape but even my old, empty vapes had more flavor than the one I bought today. I told them that, then they ask me to bring in my old vape, which I thought was unnecessary. They immediately call out that it is a different flavor from what I bought today, which I was aware of, but the main complaint was that the old, empty vape had more flavor than the new one. One of the workers kept saying it is not burnt after trying it, even though he had an unpleasant reaction after taking a hit. I was given it back without any apologies or explanation. They did not try to resolve the issue, or give me a resolution. I would think they would have a better solution for their customers who are spending their hard, earning money. Very disappointed. I’ve only ever had this happen one other time where the vape was a dud and they quickly, without questioning me, gave me a replacement and asked me to make sure everything was okay with the new one. Customer service and satisfaction need work.

Some blonde girl that worked there, literally as soon as my husband and I walked in she said “umm not to be that guy but what are you guys looking for?” We told her we were just browsing and then she said “Because we have the health department coming in”… we looked at each other and were confused like okay….. so should we leave or something?? Then she proceeds to say just let her know if we need anything. I wanted to look at a few bongs, she would not let me hold it or touch it because It would be a “liability” which I found pretty crazy. I’ve been to thousands of shops and only maybe 1 or 2 others have not let me hold the thing I’m actively trying to decide if I want to buy or not. Still not a huge deal, but then she doesn’t even have the key for the main cabinet that held 2-3 bongs I was interested in purchasing. Mind you, the whole time she’s standing by me she’s tapping her foot, shaking her keys, just generally seemed like she wanted to be doing anything else but helping us out. My husband ended up buying a knife, which she did let him hold lol, but then when he went to turn around and take the 2-3 steps to the front counter to pay, she told him she had to carry it up front and he could not. All in all, it was our first and likely our last time at this smoke shop unfortunately. They had some cool bongs and recyclers, prices varied, some pieces were way over priced, in fact we had come from another smoke shop about 10 mins away and they had the same exact bong but for about $60 more, but some of their pieces were very fairly priced. If you do decide to go to this some shop, good luck! I hope you have a better experience than we did :/

Got this $20 torch lighter & it only works on high flame. Came to store asking if i cud exchange for cheaper $5 torch cuz I can adjust flame on those. They said no. I'm a regular customer & I wasnt happy with product i purchased.
