Stopped by the shop on Garden Highway today for Gambler pipe tobacco, cigarette tubes, and a sage smudging stick. While the tubes were priced well, the tobacco was a bit expensive. ​The service was a major point of friction. The gentleman behind the counter was not knowledgeable about the inventory at all. I had to repeatedly direct him and practically dictate exactly what I needed to get the right items. Between the language barrier and his lack of familiarity with the products, it was a tedious process. ​To top it off, they charge a 50-cent credit card fee that isn't posted anywhere. The lack of transparency combined with the difficult service means I likely won't be back.

Yuba Smoke Shop has the best customer service and prices of any smoke shop in yuba city, super nice guy and he always gets me right.

Pleasantly surprised how thoughtful the new owner is... he remembers my name. In a fast-paced world, people don't remember who you are. They're prices are competitive and less than just about every smoke shop around the area. The service is so very friendly and once you've been there a couple of times they call you by name. Plus when I go in he knows exactly what I want.

Great spot. Nice selection of glassware and accessories and an ever growing vape department! The owner, Manny, is super great and has a very willing to help attitude. Same goes for the rest of the staff who have helped me. Fair prices, and laid back atmosphere. They also give a chance to get a discount by spinning 'the wheel' between 4:20-5:20pm every day! Sweet spot. Gained a returning customer.
