I stopped in while visiting Colorado and had an amazing experience. I’m not from the area at all, and it was my first time coming into this shop, so I had a lot of questions. Kylie helped me out and her customer service was seriously top-tier. When I first walked in, she was already working hard organizing and cleaning the store, and you could tell she really takes pride in her work and cares about keeping the place looking nice. She was super friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and knows what she’s talking about. If you come here, ask for Kylie — she’s the best. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

The employee named Kylie helped me select a few new vapes that I hadn’t tried before. She had great suggestions and was very personable and easy to talk to. She also let me know about the reward system, I’ll definitely be coming back! Very good vibe and energy in that place
