Great vape store- lots of other smoking items - clean place and friendly staff- right off Mississippi and Potomac!

I used to come into this shop all the time and always had good experiences, so while I was in the area, I decided to stop by again. I purchased a few bottles of juice and didn’t realize until later that they were iced. Since they’re fairly expensive, I called the store and spoke with Sam, who had helped me earlier. She told me I could come back and exchange them. I was on my way to work and couldn’t return that day, but I explained that I could come in the following day. She said she’d prefer I come in the same day, but if I couldn’t, I should just let the staff know I had spoken with her and that she would talk to the owner. After my shift, I went out of my way to return to the store. Unfortunately, the employee working that day was not very pleasant and seemed completely uninterested in helping. She told me there was nothing she could do because it was against company policy. After calling the owner, I was told the same thing. As someone who works in customer service, I wasn’t going to argue. I’ll simply take my business elsewhere. What frustrated me most wasn’t the decision itself, but the lack of communication. This seems like something that could have easily been relayed to the next employee with a note or message. Instead, I made a special trip only to be told there was nothing they could do.

Worst vape I’ve ever spent money on at the advice of cashier. I was trying to ask which ones she knew might be pretty good since geek bars were banned, and she said these were good. However I woke up to my vape at 0 this morning when it was still at like 30 last night, and this brand of vape also literally just stops working when it hits 0?? You can’t hit it at all it just sits here and blinks the battery percentage and juice percentage at you. Worst almost 80 god damn dollars I’ve spent. Do better.

I’ve personally never have bought anything from here lol I’ve just been in here a couple of times my friend really really likes it He said he really loves the staff “ they are cool people and they are always trying to give you a deal they also have stuff for every need and good at replacements Weed accessories nicotine and more”

Very satisfied with this shop, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a enail to use on my gravity bong and they had the Yocan Rex. Never even hearing about this thing they showed it to me and held the one I wanted till I could get the money for it. Needless to say I’m very happy with my new enail highly recommend. I’ll keep coming here for all of my vape and weed products.
