Bought a vape yesterday as soon as I got to my car, the vape stopped working. Went back to try to exchange it and they denied me. Horrible customer service would not recommend buying anything from this store.

Don't go here. I used to go in here daily. I bought a 30 dollar no nicotine vape disposable call no flex bar. I usually try it before I leave. I didnt this time. The vape battery was dead out of the package. I tried charging for an hour or two it to no avail. I went back in within a couple hours to the same dude who sold it to me with all the packaging. I even use their points system and wish i used my credit card so i could dispute the charge. I happened to use cash. they said no exchange. Never again!!!! They dont stand behind their products and don't value your business!!

This place is overpriced compared to any other smoke shops I got so use to going here being it’s close to my house and I be tired from working 12hr shifts and don’t feel like driving anywhere else but now I’m done giving them my money I only get there flavored vapes and every since they got the new nexa vapes I got hooked on certain flavors but for some odd ass reason it leaks midway I thought maybe it’s how he puts it together for me literally every other week I’m back at the store buying a new one because of the leaking and I’m not even smoking them as much so last week I put it together myself just to see if it’ll do it to me and of course it did it again midway now I’m starting to realize it’s the vapes that’s no good they leak inside my jacket inside my car and on my nightstand literally everywhere I’ve brought it to his attention asking if he knew anyone that comes and buy the nexa vapes complain about the leaking he said no and I said well it’s been leaking everytime he looked at me like I was crazy I even showed him what I was talking about he didn’t care please go somewhere else to get your vapes $35+ for a vape is ridiculous when they don’t even last how they should
