Stopped by to buy something heady. Says open at 11am. Went around noon, no sign of life. Bummer. Guess I’ll take my money somewhere else.

Beautiful unique glassware. Front desk guy (I didn't catch his name) was great. He was attentive and knowledgeable about each glassware artist. I'm very happy with my selection and look forward to coming back again.

Came into the shop and was surprised by the size of their collection. There are thousands of options to choose from at this location. The young lady who helped us out was very patient and provided us with many options to choose from, all while not rushing us. The service here was really good. However, frustratingly enough I never got to use my piece because it fell apart while i was washing it with warm water. There was no fall, no drop. I was merely rinsing the piece under some warm water in the sink and it just fell right off. Now I thought I was getting a good deal by paying $35 for a pretty looking bubbler, but the cheap build and quality proved the device to be completely useless. Very disappointed at the quality of the product, as I was really excited and thought the service at the shop was great. Will avoid recommending others visit this location due to poor quality.
