Wow closing early and cursing at people is the new standard? Horrible. Too bad you don’t have the good people who follow policy and posted hours, and what happened to the great Customer service. Disgusting treatment after years of loyal devotion to a company. Should be embarrassed! No wonder people left like it was on fire! Staff and customers alike.

Cigars are 30 percent overpriced. I've bought Arturo Fuentes in 15 different states and $24 is outrageous. Daveco Liquor had the exact same cigars for $17.99 and they're 5 minutes away.

I’ve been coming here for four years, purchasing a vape at least twice a month, typically spending $25-35 per visit. I understand that some places strictly enforce age restrictions, and I respect that. However, I always know exactly what I need and am in and out within 2–3 minutes, sometimes with my child accompanying me. Today, when I was the only customer in the store, was told that my 5-year-old, who was simply tagging along, had to wait outside alone while I made my purchase. Needless to say, I walked out and will never return. I would never leave my child standing outside or sitting in a vehicle alone. After calling a couple of other local shops, I confirmed that my child’s presence would not be an issue elsewhere. Your “policy” (or at least the way it was enforced) just cost you a loyal customer—roughly $600–$700 a year in sales. Had I been told, “Hey, man, you can’t bring kids in here; you’ll have to come back,” that would have been more understandable. But asking me to send my child outside alone? That’s beyond unreasonable—it’s outright asinine. In reality, this approach prioritizes a rigid policy over a child’s safety, which is far more concerning than selling a vape. I would suggest shopping around for a new location to get your vapes because the new location I found had excellent customer service and cheaper prices.

One of the best cigar and smoke lounge I ever been too. We had a lil group that went in. They let us reserve the lounge for a few hours. We walked in to very clean room. There even was a full kitchen to make our own drinks. The customer service is top notch!!! The lady working that day check on us and made sure we were very comfortable. I'm so excited to have this beautiful cigar shop open up down the block from my house. Definitely planned on more cigar group parties here.

I love this store. I smoke an uncommon brand of cigarettes (Dunhill White) and they always make sure they carry my brand, even though it’s difficult to import at times. Staff knows their customers and know me the second I walk in as well as what my usual purchase is. Will never go anywhere else so long as they keep stocking my Dunhills!
