I HATE this 7 eleven because of the lady that works nights here. One time I loaded money onto my cash app then afterwards a guy walked in and I said ok and I’m gonna get 10 on pump 2 and she was like “I’m gonna take care of him first” another time I walked in stood at the register and she just hung out at the end of the counter talking to someone for a good 5 mins as if there wasn’t a customer at the register. I ended up walking out and going to another 7 eleven. Sometimes she just doesn’t want to work and will tell people her register is down for an hour or more. She is ridiculous! I cannot stand her after the last time I decided never to go there at night. Also it’s pretty crazy how every time her “registers are down” for an hour or more… the store reeks of ganja. 🤔

I’m not one for bad reviews on gas stations but the greasy dork working there last night on 8/18/2025 around 1030 or so the man working behind the counter physically threatened someone for trying to buy a man some gas. A man had a small gas container and the attendant thought he didn’t deserve gas. I then went to help the man out and he canceled my gas pump and then fraud locked my debit card. He then called the police and falsified his report. I spoke with the police and shared the video. I’m not sure who I need to talk to within 7/11 corporate but man needs to be removed from this store. I frequent this store a lot as I just moved to town and do not feel comfortable with him working the shop.

I work a 12 hr shift here in the springs on a weekly basis. This is the only gas station that is close to me that has a working toilet. Now I not only go into this gas station to get my gas which it cost me $45 to fill up the tank plus two Red Bulls with water now you can imagine that’s a good thing someone was willing to buy that much worth of product but I have watch the staff at this location pick and choose of who they allow to use their bathroom. I work in security and coming from a professional view this isn’t okay especially the fact not only do I spend my money at this location but I have always got the worst sh**** treatment from the staff at this location. I recommend those who work 12 hr shifts to spend their money at a different location where they can also use the bathroom besides get their gas..

Terrible service here. I asked to use the restroom, the guy at the front told me I wasn't allowed to use it. Then I saw another customer walk out of it with a key. There was no sign saying that the bathroom isn't public. I come to the springs a lot. I will make sure my coworkers and friends go to the Maverick nearby and not this trashy 711 moving forward.

Staff was great, but there was a customer who just got out of jail and looking for his wife who might have been at the same store an hour earlier. TMI.
