I came into this store as I do almost every day! Never not once have I stolen anything!! I had about $40 worth of items this particular night and I had someone with me that apparently stole some medicine I had no ideas we weren’t in the store together, we didn’t leave together, Nothing! I paid for his items and mine.. to my knowledge there was NOTHING left unpaid and the employee not only banned me from the store but refused to let me pay for my gas which caused me to run out leaving me pushing my car!! I will be taking legal action !

I paid with $15 in cash and was supposed to receive $8.55 in change. I did not receive my change. When I brought this up, I was told that the money was put back on my card, which is incorrect. The receipt clearly shows that cash change of $8.55 was given. I begged them to check the camera. I was also called a liar during this interaction and screamed/cussed at as I walkd out. I only treat them with respect and was upset they're stealing from people in these times. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer, and this experience was extremely frustrating and upsetting.

Always have decent in stocks. McDonald’s across the street. Carls Jr. in same parking lot. Self checkout! It is newer. The people that work here although are very busy most of the time have always taken their time to help me and give me a good decent conversation on the way out! I would give five stars, but usually there’s homeless people hanging around a lot which I don’t mind. It’s just kind of sketch sometimes.

Unnecessary hostility and discrimination at this gas station. I always go to Circle K for their Premium Plus gas and was passing through Colorado Springs and my first time at this location. The security guard Arnold Minard, aggressively approached me when i was getting out of my car and started “you need to leave. You are trespassing.” I responded with I just want to buy some water & get gas. He followed up with “You cannot. You can go across the street to Conoco. You need to leave. You are trespassing” i asked why and he stated “you are on private property and we have the right to refuse service to anyone.” Ive never been asked to leave any gas station before and I only use Circle K Premium gas. I have never seen his type of uniform or aggressive behavior at any of the Circle K’s I frequent at. His vest said ‘All Seasons Events and Security’. So I asked if he worked for Circle K. He replied , “yes, I work for Circle K. You are trespassing and need to leave. If you don’t I will call the police. Circle K is refusing to serve you.” He stood in front of me aggressively yelling at me then saying I was blocking the entrance of the door. I called the police , they could hear him yelling at me and due to this hostile behavior from the Circe K security guard, the fact he had a pocket knife clipped to his pants and a gun, i was advised to wait in my car because is was unsafe for me. The police showed up, thank goodness. I explained the situation, showed them the video (which i tried to post) and they immediately apologized and handled the situation. I hope no one else has to go through this as it was truly a violation of rights and human decency.

My coworker and I thought we saw blood near the side of the store. We figured it could be spray paint but I took a photo so I could show the staff member working. The store manager (short, bald, toxically masculine with a beard) approached me and yelled at me for taking a photo of the store. I tried to explain why and he told me it’s probably just paint and continued to yell. I got in the car so he went into the store and got in my coworkers face and yelled at her for me taking a photo. Horrifically rude…
