Went in 3/27 at about 8:30pm ordered an 8th or exotic shelf on med side and left with nothing. Bottle completely empty when I got home. Might as well by weed of the street if I wanna get robbed. Not even a shred of weed in the jar. Spend 30 bucks left with absolutely no product. Please pull camera footage explain how this happened. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to go here if you’d like to get robbed unless this is corrected asap!!! I’d like add I’ve been a loyal med patient for well over a year never had a single issue until now. I even went over to their liquor store to buy wraps and get my discount, just to come home and find out I have no weed. I’m hoping Donovan (manager) can make this right, as he’s always done me right…. Will update within next 24hr based on owner/manger response. **update** I came in the next day and Alexis made everything right. Got numerous apologies from staff and full explanation of what happened. They definitely made it right!!

I called ahead before coming in specifically to ask about the monthly discounts for edibles for the month and was told about the promotions, wylds being 25% off and good tides 30% off, so I made the trip expecting the Wylds to be 25% off. Once I’m at the register I was told that the discount had actually ended the previous month. This was extremely frustrating because I confirmed the promotion before coming in with whoever answers the phone. If the information given over the phone was incorrect, the business should have honored what I was told. Better communication and standing behind what employees tell customers would go a long way here. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I won’t be returning.

I had a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable on point very good prices definitely would recommend them. Blown away by the experience.

Sam was super helpful and nice, she was very knowledgeable about all the products and also deals within the store. Didn’t feel rushed, very pleasant experience. Will definitely be back! :)

My go to dispo, always running great deals and the staff is friendly and helpful. Their store is clean, has a wide array of products, and displayed well for shopping. I appreciate Chloe for her help during my most recent visit while remaining kind, as I can be a bit indecisive. See you all again soon!
