I am writing to share some feedback regarding the quality of the products I recently purchased from your store. I live nearby .02 miles and frequently sell my craft items online for my crafting business, which requires the regular use of a torch lighter. I recently relocated from Las Vegas Nevada to Denver, Colorado and now reside in Colorado Springs. Over the last couple of months, I have purchased four different torches from your location, totaling $51, and unfortunately, all of them have been defective: - August 24th ($6): Lasted only a day and a half. - First week of August ($10): Lasted approximately 2 days. - July ($15): Lasted less than a week. - July ($20): Lasted 6 days. As someone who has used torch lighters for a long time, I know they typically last 2 to 3 months. I kept returning to your shop hoping a different model would work better, but it seems that the entire stock of torches may be defective. While your customer service has always been excellent, the poor product quality means I will have to find another shop for my crafting supplies. I wanted to bring this issue to your attention so you are aware of the problems with these products.

Of course, this is the kind of “problem” any customer would welcome, as it all but guarantees you will find exactly what suits your preferences. Should indecision arise, the staff are remarkably knowledgeable and possess a refined sense of taste when it comes to flavor profiles. They are more than capable of offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to your specific gustatory inclinations. I intend to patronize this shop as often as possible—not simply due to its proximity to my home, but because the employees exemplify professionalism and expertise. They are attentive, well-informed about their products, responsive to customer needs, and still manage to engage in genuine, personable conversation. Clean shop and great customer service every time I come here. Vince is very knowledgeable and always has great recommendations! Love the shop pup Chopper as well! We are always welcomed with a happy dog. One thing I can complain about, is that this location does not have a good variety of flower pieces. If they had a bigger and better selection of tubes that weren't outdated..and better colors..the inventory would be 10/10. Thank you Vince and Chopper for the good vibes and always getting us right!

If you’re anywhere between Denver and Pueblo, this place is an absolute must-stop! I had the pleasure of meeting the guy with the huge gauges in his ears—pretty sure his name is Vance—and he was beyond cool. He gave me a full update on the Colorado glass scene, explained so much about different glass pieces, and even schooled me on certain products I’d never heard of before. With his help, I picked out a dope Supreme water pipe with some awesome options for bangers, and I seriously can’t wait to go back.
