The Kaviar rep Garrett was there today, he was very knowledgeable about the products Kaviar features and I made a Kaviar purchase today. I usually come here for my cartridges and their edibles selection is great. The wait in the lobby isn’t too bad and there’s two working atms. The budtenders here know how to help with all your questions and give great recommendations.

I love this location, don’t get me wrong. But today I went in to pick up my online order, as I usually do a once or twice a month, and was treated so disrespectfully by one of the employees. Ever since I first shopped here, I had my preferred name on my account. Every time I come in, I let the employees know my preferred name is on the order, not my legal name that’s on my ID (same last name. Different first name). This has never been a problem. Until today. The lady that helped me, which I can only describe as a white older woman with an accent, was incredibly disrespectful towards me the moment she found out I went by a name that didn’t match my ID. She made a huge fuss about removing my preferred from my account and adding my deadname. She said if I had a problem with that, I could speak to the manager. So I said yes, let me speak to your manager. She refused, went to speak to the manager on her own, whispering about me, and did not let me speak to the manager. The manager came out and just said “yeah we have to put your legal name on the account.” Had it not been for the LGBT ally that was also working there, they would’ve continued to tell me my preferred name was not acceptable. I will NEVER be shopping here on Sundays EVER again. I’m not even trans, I just have a preferred name. I can’t imagine how horrible they treat actual trans people coming into their shop. Shout out to the kind employee that helped me out. But to that white woman, I hope your life is as nice as you are to the people who you view as less than you.

Started coming here when they first opened & came often. I love coming here. They’re friendly & efficient. Prices are good too. Only thing was when I came in a few days ago I found out they hadn’t been keeping my points. That I had to register an email. But I never got an email. So losing all those points was a bummer. But other than that super great dispo.
