If I could give a negative star I will. They don't even deserve a one star. I saw them on doordash, saw some good reviews so decided to give them a try. I placed my order on doordash around 2116 because they were the few that was still open and taking orders. Within a few minutes they sent a notification saying they confirmed my order. Ok I was like that was fast which is good; however, after that they went MIA on me. I was on doordash support for over 1.5 hrs about my order. The store stopped all updates. Changed status to heading to me but no gps location updates. The other stores would send text updates on the ETA of their delivery person ... well not this store ... I waited, waited and waited from when the order was placed til midnight. That store had the audacity to changed the status to delivered when nothing was delivered. No call no text .. not a single thing !!! I call the store multiple times and busy tone each time. I even went outside and walked around to check ... NOTHING !! If you were not going to take my order then just cancel it!! I will never ever order from here again !!! Will tell people about their terrible service !!!

I made an almost 100 order through door dash, which was initially scheduled to arrive by 9:00 at 10:50 they marked the order delivered/completed but I never got my order. And I’m unsure how they can mark it as delivered if an id is required for delivery. 19 Liquor uses their own employees as delivery drivers so I attempted to call the store and their phone number is out of service. 0/10 would not recommend. 👎
