Got kicked out and physically handled over a misunderstanding about ice!! I’ve been coming here almost every day for a long time, not just for ice but as a regular customer, and I’ve never had issues with the other employees. They’ve always been respectful, and I’ve always made sure it was okay when I brought in my own cup. This started because I was recently charged for a cup even though I brought my own, which hadn’t happened before. So the next time I came in, I asked the cashier if I could get a cup to make up for it, and he said yes. The owner/manager was standing behind the cashier listening and then stepped in. He told me I should be grateful they don’t charge me every time and that they could charge almost $2 just for ice. I’ll admit I was confused about the policy. I knew water is often free, so I assumed that applied to ice as well. That’s where my reasoning came from. Because of that, there was a short back and forth where I disagreed with him. It wasn’t aggressive or disrespectful, just a brief debate. I’ve since looked into it and understand that I was wrong about that. Once I realized it wasn’t going anywhere, I stopped and let it go. That should have been the end of it. Instead, he said he didn’t like the look on my face, accused me of rolling my eyes, and escalated things immediately. He started yelling, ripped everything out of my hands hard enough to crack my cup, and tried to take the cup I brought from home. He then forced me out of the store while cursing at me and loudly telling me I’m never allowed back. I was honestly confused at how fast it escalated, especially since I had already stopped engaging. The back and forth lasted only a short time, and I was not being rude or using any kind of language like that. For context, I have multiple sclerosis and anemia, which is why I come in often for ice, and I’ve always tried to do things the right way. I'll I understand I was mistaken about the policy, but that does not justify being treated like that. No one should be yelled at, physically handled, and thrown out over a simple misunderstanding. Because of this, they’ve lost me as a customer, and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone I know.

Lady with glasses that works here has a terrible attitude. This place is almost always empty and I can see why. Also as a customer that buys multiple things and fill up the gas tank I think we should be able to use the restroom especially during the day but for some reason they say they're locked not out of order but just locked.

BEWARE BEER BUYERS! Store #750053 at 6695 Galley Road will rip you a new one even though they have advirtisments stating 1 price and when you go to pay for it, the cost goes up ! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ADVERTISED PRICE that says, for example, a 12 pack of Budweiser is $12.99 but when you go up to pay for it, the price jacks up $2.00's more. Answer: "That price is for cans". The price is for either/or. Then, "that signs been up there a long time". So? Honor the advirtised price, please. Well, at least I got my money back. But watch out, people, if they can do it to you on one item, they'll do it to you on other items, too.

Just went to the store at 1148, the store doesnt close until 12- midnight. The Red - headed girl wouldnt let me in the store, even though it was still open.the one with the sunglasses on all of the time, is very rude. Everytime i go in there she gets an attitude with me. Its very unprofessional to wear sunglasses all the time at work. They moved her to night shift, and now when I go to the store, i habe to wait for 20 mins while shes in the bathroom. Sometimes theres a line at the locked door waiting for her. Ive seen people leave mad, because she had the door locked for so long. I personally feel she should be fired. Ive already talked to one of the managers about her, and the manager told me that, there have been a lot of complaints about her. She needs to go!!
