I am crazy for Maverick pizza. But this store literally pisses me off. I have gone in numerous times this week, at different times and the pizza is always burned or old. I was just there today at 3:30 and the pizza was very much showing signs that it was old/no good. The sticker said it was just about to expire I was like okay great. I will ask the employee when the next pie will be out... He was busy making something so I gave him a second, he saw me, we made eye contact, he knew I was there and instead of speaking with me he in like ran to the back to avoid talking to me. L I just wanted to ask when the pizza would be refreshed. I don't know if your employees know this but if the pizza looks bad it's not going to sell. If the pizza looks bad to the point that it's not going to sell you guys CAN pull it early. You don't have to wait till it expires. Cuz is in the whole point getting it sold? I was also here on tuesday. I got two pieces. One was the chicken bacon. And one was pepperoni. The chicken bacon one was so unbelievably disgusting I took one day and had to throw it away. I don't know if it was gone bad or freezer burned or what was going on but it was about 15 minutes til pull time but it was horrible. That's twice at this store I had an issue with it. Does the deli team need a refresher course?

I just want to give a huge shoutout to brent taylor and their coworker with the heart shaped glasses and the cool piercings. they were so friendly and kind and they went above and beyond as gas station clerks when we had car trouble. They were so kind and didn’t think twice about helping. huge shoutout to those guys for their customer service and welcoming demeanor!
I really wish I would have got the gentleman's name but, I had a very great experience at this location in particular. The app wasn't working properly to where I couldn't get my free hot item in my free energy drink yet he was still willing and able to accommodate along with a great attitude and mood for a Monday. I was very happy with my experience
This Store does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Ridiculous. Worse Customer Service I've ever experienced here in the Springs. I live 4 blocks down from 1 of the worst Maverik's in town off of Nevada and I-25 and I have never been treated badly over there. Brent, the "MOD" as he seems to claim, had the audacity to tell me that I needed to leave the premises because I sat in the "Eating area" far too long. I then stated I wasn't aware Maverik's Policy had dining restrictions. Brent then stated that I had only asked him if I could sit for a few minutes, which is why he let me grab a chair that was behind the counter space to avoid anyone from sitting down I'm guessing. Mind you, I had already spent over $75 in merchandise and was exhausted from walking from the hospital ER. I did state to him my situation and testimony coming in while he was eagerly wanting to close out my tickets to resume his conversations with the other night cooking crew. This store is not a busy location. It is not an "at risk" location either seeing as though they do not have Security like other Stores. During my duration here, which consisted of approximately 1 hour, there had to have been about 6 other customers coming in and out. He never left the front counter. Kept eye on me as if I was going to steal something or up to no good. When he asked me to leave, I told him that I didn't feel safe walking back in the dark and I was in extreme pain due to medical conditions and his response was, "Well you obviously felt safe walking over here, didn't you, so all you have to do is walk back. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!?!? Absolutely NO, I mean NO business representing Maverik. This person should be fired. He approached me again after calling Customer Support and was affirmed that I could stay till Sun up and I didn't have to leave. There is no set policy on how long you can be here at any and all of their stores. I informed him of this conversation and he rebutted with Sassiness and said he was going to call the police to come and get me kicked out. I have NO transportation. It is below 30 degrees outside and I just spent $50 for an Uber to come to this side of town to the Hospital ER. Unfortunately, this is the only convenience store open in this area at this time. Please get the RIGHT people to work for you. It's a Great Store Chain, therefore shouldn't settle for anything less than the Best working with you.
Cleanliness is not a priority here. It looks like all the fountains and machines haven’t been cleaned in days. The nozzles were disgusting. I ended up not buying anything.
