Went in today and asked for a special order burrito and cafe gladly accepted order request. I stop here frequently because this stop is always a relaxing and friendly stop on my trips to Cos from Denver weekly. Clean well organized and always great food and customer service See you all next week for sure 5 * for sure 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾😎😎😎😎

I came in for coffee right before 6am. Your clerk with glasses, nose piercing and lip piercing was outside vaping and talking to security. She saw me walk in with a coffee cup. Someone was standing at the register waiting to check out. I went to put cream in my cup which went all over the place, down the side of the cup, all over my hand.When I went to check out she tells me next time show her the cup because it looked like a new cup. Yes it was a new cup because of the cream going all over the place. Floor was all sticky as well where a mop sign was placed. Maybe she should pay more attention to customers, she wouldn't receive a bad review. I won't be back.

Well if I park my super clean truck a little ways off and take my stroll into the place get a coffee, keep it cheap for under 2.50 at 4:30 am the guards become go into a defensive posture and that can be a little uncomfortable for most. Maybe it’s just me. The cashier decided for me that controlling the way I paid was going to be a problem. I was in self checkout. Problem solved I guess. I love these late night social experiments but I need a good cross the line or check your scope of practice moment. Didn’t get it here yet I think it could happen. With that the place is clean, the bathroom is clean and the parking lot is clean. The definition of professional work is probably during lockdown day time hours. At night early morning you will get a different treatment. I rolled my truck up to the doo acted like I forgot an item and then the treatment was more normal for late night activity. Good job guys keep on doing what you’re doing.

We had to make a stop so my daughter can use the restroom. As my husband approaches the lady at the register to ask for the code, she aggressively told my husband to wait because she is dealing with a customer. Once the customer leaves she still continues to be rude to my husband talking down to him. She remotely opened the door. Then when I walk out the restroom with my daughter the same staff member was yelling at an elderly gentleman for not knowing where the men’s restroom is. I’m glad I was able to show him. It’s a shame that the security guard did nothing as he watched everything happened. This woman should not be working in customer service. She was angry and rude for no reason.

Went in to get some twisted tea Sunday night, both of the clerks were extremely rude, however the female clerk was extremely rude. They wouldn’t take my digital ID, for some crazy reason (it’s on the app and they can scan it). Regardless, they were rude and acted incredibly bothered by my presence. I went down the street to the Maverik on 8th and Brookside, had no problems using my digital ID also was treated nicely. This Maverick is whack, I will never step foot in this one ever again. Plus it was dirty.
