In the area from out of state and catastrophe: my vape tank has cracked. I needed a replacement ASAP and visited a couple other shops in town, with no luck. Instead of continuing to drive all over Colorado Springs, I sat in the car and started calling places and asking. Red Star was call #2 and Corbin was SUPREMELY helpful, patient and eager to help me find a solution. I headed to the store. Corbin greeted us immediately and recalled our recent phone conversation. Again, with expertise and friendliness, he answered my final questions and had me all set up no time. I am a stickler for liking what I like, a Smok RPM2 mod, but its becoming clear that it is being phased out. Corbin was familiar with my product and recommended a comprable (albeit improved!) device. I ended up with the Smok Nord 6 and an extra set of the side-load dual mesh coil pods. This is space age compared to my old device! Very happy and would recommend this location in a heartbeat.
