Stopped by Red Star on May 17th looking for a disposable vape, and Jacob helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to recommend the house brand Sour Straws flavor after I mentioned I wanted something sweet and tart without being overly sweet. The recommendation was spot on, great flavor and smooth hits a very good disposable. Excellent customer service and a really great overall experience.

Josh was amazing. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and his recommendations were ON POINT. I loooooove my new tank especially. Holy cow! I WONT shop anywhere else from now on. I am so happy that I came here!

Vik absolutely rules - I've gone with his suggestions more times than not and always been delighted with the results. Incredibly knowledgeable, quick with a recommendation off even the most vague ideas, and always looking out for his customers. Red Star's products are all much higher quality than I have come to expect from vape stores over the years, and prices are as good as it gets in CO - I recommend this place to everyone.

Stopped by Redstar Vapor & Smoke and had the best experience thanks to Jacob! He was so easy to talk to, super knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. You can tell he really cares about what he does. Definitely a great asset to the store— Highly recommend Jacob!

This location is awesome! They've always got tons of variety in stock. Jacob & Vik are both super friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend! Edited: This is my favorite place to stop by for a new vape! I love getting to chat with Jacob & Vik each time I go in (also love the Pickle Rick sign flyer, he's a delight). They always keep you posted about upcoming deals too. Absolutely wonderful team!
