We went in for a few things stopped by the sushi and not only did it look amazing it tasted even better. Best grocery store sushi i think I've ever had. The person making it definitely put time and love into their craft. Great job!

Locks on the bathroom doors so customers can’t use the bathroom with autonomy. This company clearly doesn’t care about our community. I can only imagine how the employees are treated. I have a disability, was at the pharmacy, they refused to give me the code to the bathroom (that is directly next to the pharmacy), had to walk all the way to the front of the store to get the code and walk back. Shameful. Dehumanising. Give our community the dignity of being able to use the bathroom when we need to. Bathroom code currently is 1971# if you need to go while you’re there.

Went to the Nevada location to purchase deli meats and salads . I entered on the side of the store closest to the deli but there were no carts available on that side. I proceeded to walk to the other entrance to get a cart but set off an alarm and it really annoyed the 3 workers standing in the self checkout area talking. I informed them I just needed a cart and the security guard retrieved one for me but it was a terrible cart that made noise and was bumpy so I asked if he could get me one that worked. All the while the 3 employees rolling their eyes and really making me wish I’d just gone to the Safeway on the west side of town. This store is lacking greatly in customer service and all around convenience. I will no longer shop here even though it is close to my home. I will drive to the west side Safeway because they do have customer service and carts at both entrances.

Despite the newly installed cattle guards, I'm assuming are an attempt to prevent theft, it's not a bad store. It could be better though, hence the 4 stars. The problem stems from how rude the employees are. nuff said
