We love Sam's club I like being able to just scan everything and pay without having to wait in lines I love the way we can just use our card right at the at the gas Sam's club is just a really great deals and the prices are right.

I love Sam's Club. The deals are great. I especially love the prepared foods section. You can't beat a $6 rotisserie chicken and it's big. Good variety of food and everyday items including clothing, household goods, linens and seasonal. Membership price is very reasonable. The food to go on your way out is very reasonably priced..... hotdog and pop for $1.50, soft pretzels $1.00. Can't beat that.

Normally don’t mind coming here. I like the app checkout almost better than their competitor. However, today came to get my son a PS5, paid for it, receipt in hand, tried to get it, not in stock. A complete waste of my time. Why? If you don’t have the item, don’t try and sell it.

Sams pick up experience. I've been a plus member with Sams for over 13 years, across 13 states literally(i got my original membership in Florida) and have never had a horrible pickup until today (8/26). The employee who brought my order out to my car asked for my id which was unusual because it's been over a year since the last time that happened. I asked her do they check ids every now and then she barks "no everytime". I responded with no because clearly she doesn't know that I've been a member over 10 years. Then she walks to the trunk and slams the cases of water in the trunk( there's no reason why i should feel so much shifting it's 2 cases of mini waters) and walks off without saying a word or closing the trunk. Now im sure you can find a better person all around to service your customers. I know it because I've witnessed it. This person doesn't deserve to carry the Sams Club name badge and they need to learn how to be a decent person before continuing in customer service. She's lucky that I didn't catch her name on her badge or I would have exposed that too.

High prices. Not current. Dirty. Not well organized or stocked. Prices arent often maked well. I sometimes find moldy food. Rethinking my membership.
