I was hyped when I got to here and saw that the machines were equipped with tap to pay options and then was immediately disappointed to realize they didn't even work 🥴 would have been fine if the card reader worked well but it took me three tries to get it to read my card. It'll just attempt to process it and then freeze up and then tell me to do it again🤦🏼‍♀️

I have the app so I don't know about customer service or anything like that because I just pull up the app and pay at the pump and go on my way. I am happy that I get $0.20 off per gallon by using the app.

despite the fact that I was using Dyno pay, just paying inside with my generated code from my app, the gentleman attempted to extort more money from me. I don't know if he was the owner or just the cashier but my guess would be the owner. In other words, run by a thief. No thank you

One of my favorite places to get fuel in Colorado Springs, and if you use the Dino pay you saved anywhere from 10¢ a gallon to 20 ¢ a gallon (depending on which location you're at)

I downloaded the dinopay app to save the 10 cents off per gallon. I took the time set up the account attached my credit card (not a debit card, a credit card). I went to use the app and it showed an error message. I went inside and James, the attendant, told me “the app must be down, AGAIN!” I asked him if he could give me the 10c off per gallon and he said “if it was my gas station, I would “. He did retain me as a customer by offering a free slurpee for my kid; however there needs to be an override button for situations like this if you are going to advertise Dinopay.
