Super helpful staff. I broke my Dr dabber switch insert and was looking for one fast. Called up there and Jamal had let me know that he had one left. Told him the shop was about a 30 minute drive for me and I'd make it soon as I could. He said to not sweat it and that he would have it set behind the counter for me. Sure enough, I walk in about 30ish mins later and all I say is "I called up here about 30 mins ago". He instantly knew and went right to the register and picked it up for me. Absolutely saved my weekend right there. Just for that service alone I'll be a repeat customer. Thank y'all

I’m from out of town but happened to stop into this smoke shop, and I was incredibly impressed by the selection and sheer amount of choices! They had things I didn’t even know I needed. The gentleman working on 7/29/26 around 11:30 a.m. was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I really, really appreciate great customer service, especially these days, and he absolutely delivered. Thank you for such a great experience! I’ll definitely stop back in whenever I’m in the area.

I love this smoke shop! They were super helpful on the phone so I drove 20 min to go there and then when I got there, Adam helped me out and made sure I found what I came for and was happy with what I left with. Everyone there was super helpful!

Wow this smoke shop is the BEST! Truly an emporium! There are a plethora of items to choose from, some of them will even give you a good laugh! The entire staff was so nice & chill, I just wanted to hug them all! Thanks you guys. 💚

Called and double checked they had the piece I needed. I get there and he tells me oh I didn't realize it's on order. Then they are going to upcharge me 15 dollars to order the part even though I wasted my gas to come get this piece. It's 40 on the website but I have to pay 15 extra to have them order it for me and I have to come back and pick it up. Nope. Trash business. Won't set foot in there again.
