Just remembering now to give a review, but I’m a local and ever since ER became recreational I’ve always had the pleasure of getting my goods from people who actually care about what their customers are getting and their preferences. Hannah especially goes above and beyond to really make my experience so chill and personal! All the staff at the this location are just peaches! The terp pens are my favorite and I always leave feeling great about the interactions I have! And they let me bring my puppy Winry in!

I’ve been coming to epic remedy for a while but it’s usually just a casual interaction and while all the budtenders here have been awesome, one really stood out to me, so this review is for Steph. She is so amazing and so funny I honestly enjoy every interaction I have with her. She’s been my budtender the last two times I’ve been in and she’s really taken her time with me to explain different products give me her honest recommendations for my situation and what type of high I’m looking for and she’s been incredibly helpful with navigating what will be best for me since I’m switching over to gummies instead of smoking out of a pen. I just felt this review was needed, Steph truly does care about the people she serves and she’s made this whole transition for me as seamless as possible. I’d highly recommend anyone with questions of where to start especially with a med card to ask for Steph. I feel no judgement everytime I come in here but Steph really just took this whole experience up a level for me. So thank you again Steph! 🤘🏼🤘🏼

I hardly review weed stores but I felt inclined to review epic remedy this time I've been in the industry over 14 years myself I know what it's like their customer service when I called was excellent and the same one I walked in the door I am definitely a weed snob I'll tell you right now the weed isn't the best that I've seen especially for what they are claiming premium but for $60 half ounce when I was in need was a decent price for the quantity. Not much color to the buds it to me smells like old school BC bud with a bit of hay smell but potency was on point. But for a chain weed shop they didn't do bad they are definitely better than live well and some of the other big chains in my opinion.
