Since the manager is trying to hide my review, I can do this over and over again. Try me. I like how clean and organized the store is and the nice employees along with almost all brands you need being there, and that's about the only positive thing can say. The store manager with the dark hair those who also had rude interactions with comes across as unprofessional and, in my opinion, behaves inappropriately in the workplace. I've also noticed what seems to be a constant turnover of employees, and it frequently appears to always be young men. Like where's the women besides 1 who I think left as I havn't seen her in months. The way she interacts with them has made me uncomfortable and, from my perspective, crosses professional boundaries. And even the way this review section is mainly men that compliments crystal shows my point exactly as being a woman she doesn't ever come up to me. also find it weird how employees are the ones doing everything meanwhile this manager does what again? Overall, I believe the store would benefit from new management. The current manager's behavior has consistently come across as rude and unprofessional during my visits. Wish there was another vitamin shoppe in the area or else I'd be going there.

When to my local store to pick up by subscription probiotics since the online platform was having issues with credit card paying. They were nice enough to honor my discount online. They were unaware of the system issues, and they were not told by their corporate management. Thanks to the Local Vitamin Shoppe!

Why don’t they answer their phone? I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them and their phone just keeps ringing until it disconnects. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Addendum: Physically went to the shoppe and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly. The shoppe was well laid-out and stocked. The sales associate provided excellent service and if he didn’t have an answer to a question, then he asked one of his team associates. He also had suggestions for products similar to what I was looking for. I’m changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Thank you!

Hands down best store and location. I come in every week and they are always super helpful and just nice to be around. Even If I am not able to get what I want, they always help me in getting it. Pleasant group of people working here, they are all super AWESOME.

This was my first visit to The Vitamin Shoppe and my first visit to any store like this. I went there to get a Wet Hydration drink because I had a coupon for a free one. The drink was easy to find. Checkout was good. My experience was five stars out of five stars.
