I called to see if the had high quality butane 15 minutes before closing and the phone was answered immediately, question answered instantly, made it there in 5 minutes, got what I needed with the help of friendly staff and left. I will definitely be making this my new shop for my smoke needs

this is a sad review i have to post, as i have been going to freakys since i moved to colorado in 2023. 5 days ago i went to get piercing jewelry for my nose, i bought two clicker hoops that were iridescent, they were super cute! as of this yesterday i noticed my nose was irritated really badly. i went to clean my pericing to find that the iridescent METAL PAINT was coming off INTO my piercing 😭leaving it getting yucky, crusty, and starting to form an irritation bump. i have had my nose pierced on that side for OVER a year now and have NEVER had any other piercing issues. needless to say, my piercing could be permanently damaged if i do not take the hoops out and put in regular survival steel. this is to protect other buyers from getting infected piercings/keloids due to the store selling colored piercings that paint comes off of and gets stuck in your piercing hole. for a ‘professional shop’ to have such cheap jewelry and charge me $10 a piece PER hoop for the paint of the hoop to come off in my nose and start infecting my piercing is super sad. i will not be going to another freaky’s location again after this experience. for your customers safety, i recommend you guys get rid of the painted clicker hoops.

Been here a few times and no issues but recently I just bought a pare of glass gauges that staff told me were two sizes below 5/8ths. They sold me 9/16ths thinking they were 1/2. $28 and no refund cuz all sales are final? Super frustrating.

Love this spot! The two ladies that helped me were a massive help and fun to work with. (02/13/2026 12:30p). Would definitely recommend!
