Where do I start? We traveled from out of town and saw this hookah lounge. Decided to stop in and the customer service was absolutely terrible! Our server (can’t remember her name but she was new) was awesome! I initially asked do they serve alcohol and was told no. However, my party next to me that came in after me had brought in full on bottles of alcohol and were given red cups from a young lady . I asked for a cup of ice from my server thinking I could too bring in outside beverages. She brought me two glasses of ice and I took them outside. She then came outside a minute later and told me that her manager told her that “those people are bringing in alcohol and it wasn’t allowed.” I told her no problem we won’t. I then came inside and asked someone different if I could speak to the manager to explain that I was not trying to cause an issue and if I could give them their glasses back seeing that I had already started pouring beverage in them. I was told by a lady (who was sitting at the table next to me with the people who had alcohol) that my server was the manger. I was like that isn’t true (I had previously spoken to my server and she had told me she had just started). I just wanted to return their glasses. My server walked up at that moment and said that’s not true I am not the manager. I then explained to both ladies I wasn’t trying to cause an issue. I just wanted to return their glasses and I had thought you could bring in your own beverage due to the table next to me having a whole bottle of alcohol and being served chasers All in all, it was insane and on top of that we also watched people walk in and be served drinks in red cups and have bottles even though we were told it wasn’t allowed. On top of everything we were told we had to leave at 12 (after arriving at 10) because of a “private event.” However we were told by people working there that this place accepts “their kind” after 12. I asked the party next to me (that had the alcohol) if every hookah lounge in Colorado closes at 12 and was told that this place stays open until 4am. It’s understandable that special arrangements are made for people but to openly see that we weren’t allowed to do anything, however plenty more people of that particular race and ethnicity came in and did whatever, drinked hatever. That was when I realized ever though I was spending money it was not going to be the same for me. I politely asked for my check, paid, then left. I would NEVER recommend or visit again.

We made a reservation in advance and arrived at 6pm, choosing seats on the couches and ordering food and a hookah. Unfortunately, half of the snack menu was unavailable. After our tea was served, the waiter came over and told us that his manager had instructed him to move us because a party was expected to sit in that area. The place was completely empty, and we were the only customers there. Reluctantly, we moved. The waiter served our food and then disappeared, never checking in to see if we needed anything. The hookah was poor quality, and we had to call the restaurant using the number from Google Maps to get assistance. There were no napkins and absolutely no service. To top it off, the party we were moved for never showed up. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place—they don’t value their customers.
PLEASE READ!!! we used to be regulars here, but after our experience last night (we were there from 9 to 11 PM), we definitely won't be coming back. Our server was a girl with black curly hair, and the service was completely unacceptable. This was our second time having her. The first time, we had to repeat our order four times even though the music wasn't loud, she forgot our food, and when it was time to pay, she literally sat down at our table and rushed us, saying 'you guys decide right now and let me know.' Last night was even worse. Another guy (who I'm guessing is the owner) took our order and brought us Red Bulls. Later, this same server came over and aggressively accused us of bringing outside drinks. Like seriously girl? We explained we ordered them there, and she went to go check. Then she came back with two waters we didn't order. We told her it might be a mistake, but she just left them on our table anyway. The guys at the table next to us had to yell that the waters were actually theirs. Instead of apologizing, she rolled her eyes, grabbed the exact same waters off our table, and handed them to the other customers. When my friend went to pay, she loudly asked what we ordered, gave us weird looks, processed the payment, and immediately turned her back without saying a word. We had to ask if the payment even went through, and she just snapped 'yes' and said 'bye.' It is ridiculous to be treated like this. She completely ruined our group's mood. I really hope management trains her or lets her go, because she is driving customers away. And it seems like she treats every customer like this. This place used to be packed and the service was solid, but it's gone downhill fast. All because this skinny black curly hair girl doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect, professionalism, and respect!
The atmosphere was very nice. Went on a relaxing and not busy night. The employees were very nice and friendly. They make sure to give you time if it's your first time and help give you recommendations as well. This is an amazing place to go with your friends to have a chill night. I've also heard that Friday nights are when they have more people and special events so make sure to reserve a head of time if your going on a Friday night.
I have a lot of fun with my dancing friends here on Middle Eastern nights on Friday. I don't smoke hookah, but you can still have fun here if you're looking for an alcohol-free environment. The crew is great, and I love seeing Anna and Brian perform.
