⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with Nimbus Wholesale’s Customer Service I’ve been a regular buyer at Nimbus Wholesale, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I bought two cases of Dill Pickle, and one of the cases turned out to be bad. When I went back to return it and purchase more products, the apparent store manager Betty condescendingly told me it was store policy not to accept returns after 15 days. That policy was never communicated at the time of purchase, and in the past, I’ve returned bad or expired products even months later without any issue. It’s unrealistic to expect customers—especially business buyers—to open every single case within two weeks just to check if something’s wrong. Should I start opening everything right there at the warehouse before buying? Ridiculous. It’s unfortunate the owners weren’t present, because they’ve always been reasonable and customer-oriented. But as the saying goes, when the cat’s away, the mice will play. The entitled attitude of the manager was truly abysmal. I left my cart full of items and walked out. Nimbus just lost a loyal customer, and I’ll be sure to share this experience with my fellow business owners. Thanks, Betty!

Betty and the whole team make you feel at home there if you don’t know what you’re doing. I’ll definitely point you in the right direction to what’s selling and what should be in your market! I love Nimbus! They’re always so good to us. They offer us drinks after shopping and always accommodate our needs. Not to mention they have the best product and great selection on wraps and to top it off, Great ! We been shopping with them a long time! Thank you Nimbus you guys rock! 😊
