I had a bad experience at this store, and it got worse over time. Years ago, I bought one hookah here with a huge discount, which already suggested their prices were inflated. Three days ago, I returned and bought two hookahs, receiving a $15 discount on each. The employee clearly said these were not sale prices — they “give discounts” because the hookahs are overpriced. Today, I went back to exchange those two hookahs for one bigger hookah, and that’s when the real problem started. The staff insisted I was “getting a discount” on the new hookah, which is simply not true. I was only using the credit for what I already paid. The new hookah was still being sold at full price, but they could not understand or explain the math correctly. When the manager came, she said there are no discounts at this store, directly contradicting her own employee and my previous purchases. Instead of resolving the issue, she said she would “talk to the first employee,” which is not the customer’s responsibility. To make matters worse, the manager showed a lack of honesty and product knowledge. She praised a completely different brand as “the best,” and when I corrected her, she immediately claimed the brand I bought was also “the best.” That inconsistency made it hard to trust anything she said. Overall, this store has: • Overpriced and discontinued products • Misleading “discounts” • Confusing and incorrect explanations • Poor customer service • Lack of transparency and honesty I strongly recommend buying hookahs online instead of trusting this store. Prices are clearer, often cheaper, and you avoid dealing with misleading information and unprofessional behavior. I will not return and do not recommend this store.

The lady who works in the store is always very helpful and very kind. I enjoy coming in because they usually have what I need and I can come in and go relatively quickly

Love this place. Been coming here for over three years. I had purchased a amazing all glass hookah from them. The owner is fantastic and really helped me out when I needed a part for the hookah as well. The shisha, hookah selection is amazing and the prices are good as well. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone for there hookah needs.

Just bought a can of butane priced at under $6, ended up paying $13 without the women telling me or putting it on the screen, this is literally like the 5th time ive been overcharged here, only come here because its walking distance from my house. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They will try to screw you over at some point guaranteed.
