had a great experience shopping here. I stopped in to pick up a fogger and received a free Elf Bar, Jazz made the entire process quick, easy, and enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions while providing excellent customer service.

I visit your store quite often and normally its a great experience but last night on 08/16/2026 I visited the store a little after 9pm. It was not a great experience! I'm not sure of the workers name but she was tall, skinny, glasses, and not sure what pronouns they use. But she was very rude, gave the wrong vape flavor and when I had to go back in the store to get the new vape flavor she was snotty about it and when I said thank you have a great night she answered with a yep! We use to love coming in this store because everyone was always nice no matter who you got and not anymore! We have been going over to smokers world more and more because of the not so good vibes you get anymore at your shop. There are some sweet and amazing people that we love but not so many anymore!

I tried to go in at 9:45 on a Thursday. There were three neon “open” signs flashing on the front door, alongside their hours posted. They claim to close at 11 on Thursday. But locked the door at 9:30 and refused to even acknowledge me. Will not be back.

The website offerers limited information on their inventory. So I call in to get see if a) they have what I’m looking for and b) the price. They let me know they don’t do prices over the phone. Let me get this straight the two resources offered to customers, the website and the direct phone number are pointless. Customers typically like to get info before driving to a shop or even check that they bring the correct amount to pay. I work at a dispensary and we give prices over the phone. My question is what makes a headshop more secretive than an actual dispensary? Easy way to lose customers.

Love coming here! Always a great selection and friendly staff, plus they have some things I can't find at other shops.
