I stopped in Friday afternoon and had two cigars. Terry, one of the owners was very friendly and explained how the shop worked. I was in town for my son's wedding. He talked with me and my dad the entire time we were there. I came back after the reversal activities to get one more cigar in. The place was hoppin' and the other regulars were very friendly. It is a very nice lounge to spend time at. As far as prices go, I don't comment on prices. I bought 5 cigars and dropped 100 bucks. They were very good, smoked evenly, and lasted about 45 minutes each. I like maduros and have smoked 2 dollar cigars and 50 dollar cigars and honestly have had both smoke like an 18 dollar cigar. If you are in Ft Collons, it is worth the stop.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Edward’s Cigars and Tobacco. The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in — staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and acted like answering basic questions was an inconvenience. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere for cigar enthusiasts, the experience felt cold and dismissive. The quality control was also severely lacking. One of the cigars I purchased had the wrapper literally splitting and peeling apart while smoking, which is unacceptable for a premium-priced cigar. The attached photo shows the wrapper breaking apart mid-smoke, clearly pointing to poor humidification and improper storage conditions. Multiple cigars I purchased also burned unevenly, felt dry, and lacked the freshness expected from a proper tobacconist. Their selection was surprisingly limited for a dedicated cigar shop. Many popular brands and variety options were either unavailable or poorly stocked, leaving very few worthwhile choices compared to other cigar lounges and tobacco retailers. To make matters worse, the prices were extremely inflated. Charging premium prices might make sense if the cigars were properly maintained and the service matched the cost — but neither did. Between the poor customer service, lack of selection, overpriced inventory, and obvious humidor quality-control issues, this was one of the worst cigar shop experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend Edward’s Cigars and Tobacco to anyone looking for quality cigars or knowledgeable service.
I’ve been here many times. Never again. If I had to use two adjectives to best describe the staff they would be: pretentious and arrogant. Yes they have a good selection of cigars, but is it worth the contemptuous attitude which permeates the room when you walk in? Absolutely not. Come on man, you sell cigars for a living!! What do you have to feel superior about?? 🤣 Smile Cigar Man! You’ll live longer!
Ignore the 1 star reviews. I've been going to Edward's for years, even when it was a different owner and its always been great. I've been to many shops all over the place and even out of state, their service is great compared to most. Half of the complaints I keep reading have to with price marks ups on tobacco... Buying online is cheaper... because your not paying tobacco state tax, duh its cheaper online. Support local people, its good for the local economy people. Edwards is great and its also a great place to go in a smoke with your buddies and meet new people. Honestly, I can say going in to Edwards and smoking in the lounge is my favorite day each week! Also, TRY THE TERRY JOHNSON CIGARS, AMAZING!
The cigars are 2x-3x the price on any stick there. I guess if you are going for the experience and lounge it might be fine for you. Anyone who smokes cigars on a regular basis should stay clear of this place for price gouging.
