Stopped in today before the holiday—man, it was busy! I waited 30 minutes to place my order. Three people were working, helping customers when I walked in, but after I checked in with 5 people in front of me, the gentleman who was helping disappeared, and the other lady spent more time with one customer than it took for two people to check out. She also disappeared into the back without informing Katie, who was my tender. Ultimately, Katie was alone for about five minutes while the other lady was still assisting that one customer. Shame on the team for leaving Katie alone like that! Katie deserves to be recognized as she never lost her cool was still smiling and working as fast as she could!

My first time in to this location and Maddy was amazing! She was so helpful and welcoming, I will definitely be coming back! Great prices as well!

It was mine and my husband’s very first time visiting a dispensary, and Green Dragon was such a great introduction to the whole experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and welcomed, which really put us at ease since we weren’t sure what to expect. The shop itself was laid out very well, clean, and easy to navigate, which made browsing so much more enjoyable. The atmosphere felt professional but still friendly and inviting. The staff were all extremely helpful, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain things clearly and answer our questions without making us feel rushed. We actually stopped by twice during our trip because the first visit was so good, and both times we received the same excellent service. The product selection was impressive, with a wide range of options for different preferences, and the prices were even better than we imagined. We’ll definitely make Green Dragon a stop every time we visit Fort Collins. Highly recommend!
