I have been coming to OA for over 10 years, and that stops today. I came in to see if I could return a broken and leaking disposable vape. The bud tender ultimately decided to deny the return, stating ‘nah bro this is almost empty’. I explained that it was low because the product was leaking out of it. He immediately got an attitude with me and it was clear that he was under the impression that I was trying to exchange an empty vape for a new one. The bud tender than looked at my profile and told me that because I come in every 10 days or so, and it had been about 10 days, that there was a pattern and I must have smoked all of it and now I want one for free. Never in my life would I expect to be accused of both lying and attempting to steal at Organic Alternatives. I cannot express how deeply offensive I find not only the accusations levied against me, but the attitude from the bud tender. I have always felt comfortable and welcome here. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years and sent countless friends, family and acquaintances to shop here, feeling confident that they will have the same great experience. I will now be taking my business elsewhere and advising all others who ask to do the same.

OA is the best dispensary for the products I’m looking for in Fort Collins. The selection is always great (lots of variety) and the budtenders are very knowledgeable and helpful with their recommendations. They really care about their customers and it shows in my many interactions with them. They also have a rewards program that is one of the best I’ve seen in the industry. Rest assured if you go to Organic Alternatives, you’ll get top shelf products and service.

Awesome selection and best bud bartender we’ve ever had. Joe was super knowledgeable about every product in the house. He was also very descriptive about the different highs with different buds-a true connoisseur. We really appreciated that!! Such a personable experience from the moment we walked through the door. My girlfriend and I are on a roadtrip from Washington to Maine and I’m a budtender, so part of the trip has been to try marijuana in different states along the way! We chose Organic Alternatives as our one stop in Colorado and I’m so glad we did. Our budtender, David, was welcoming, informative, and overall just very pleasant to work with. He took his time with my curiosity and explained the products in depth while suggesting some amazing favorites of the area. We grabbed a non-infused blunt, infused joint, 100mg drink and edibles and it was exactly what we needed. My personal favorite part though of the visit was getting the history of the building and how the owner truly took the time to make it such a homey and classy space. Thank you again for the amazing experience, David! We will be back!
