Absolutely terrible management. The inconsistency is wild—sometimes they’re closed when they should be open, and when they are open, the staff looks exhausted and overworked, which is no surprise given the rumors about how this place is run. There have been no improvements to the lounge in forever; it’s dusty, the furniture is worn out, and it feels like the bare minimum is being done just to keep the lights on. It’s a shame because this location has potential, but it needs a "legit" owner who actually understands how to run a business and treat people fairly. Avoid at all costs.

You can tell there’s real care put into the quality and preparation, and it definitely shows in how smooth and flavorful everything is. It’s nice to see positive changes and a renewed energy in the space. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot with good vibes and solid hookah, this place is definitely worth checking out.
