Hands down the best smoke shop ever. Needed some pipe tobacco and they set me up with everything I needed!!! Cheyenne and the lovely Grace were very helpful, knew the products intimately well, they were able to answer all my questions while still helping other customers. 6/5 stars on all marks! Thank you!!!

I have never had a bad experience in this shop. I have seen the same person working behind the counter the past two years I have been using Up n’ Smoke- and she has always been fantastic, helpful to recommend , and is also a kind person! :D Would recommend this smoke shop over ANY others. Lighting is low but you can still see everything- it’s quiet and chill- as opposed to some of the places that are very bright lit and don’t feel comfortable. 10/10!

I have been coming to this shop for a few years now. I am always greeted warmly, and they always find exactly what I need. For the past year and a half or so, Emily has been super helpful with finding me the right rig. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! 10/10 will come here again, soon

Stopped here the other day to check out their king palm display and buy a nectar collector. Had the privilege of meeting Ashley, who was a GREAT help and even gave ms 20% off. And honestly, this is one of my favorite pieces I've used! Simple, basic, yet does the job with minimal effort. If you're looking for a store with all your accessory needs like King Palm, bongs, pipes, grinders, papers, and more then do yourself a favor and head over to Up N Smoke! You'll be in great hands with Ashley! (I forgot to take pictures of it brand new. As you can see, it's been used since purchased.)

Whether it's a ton of questions or looking for a specific incense ... this store & staff are ALWAYS helpful & kind. Keeli is my favorite associate but everyone I encounter at this store is great! Wish more businesses had employees like Up'n Smoke !
