Really awesome customer service. I was able to get a really cheap rubber duck bong for $30. I was hoping there’d be more color options for each price tier for glass in that store, but for the price I can’t complain too much. Thanks for being patient with me and helping me to choose the best glass piece based on my tastes!

Went to return a faulty torch that they sold me. Told me because it was from over two days ago they wouldn’t exchange it. Torch doesn’t refill and spurts fire instead of being steady. So company sells you faulty product, has the ability to take it back and charge it to the company they bought it from but instead tells me I’m SOL. Don’t buy from here if you want products that work. Plus there are cheaper shops in town like smokey monkey off shields and drake. Do yourself a favor and avoid this smoke shop.

A worker from this establishment was incredibly rude to me when I tried parking in the back parking lot. A tall white male with shaggy brown hair. He didn't check to see if I was coming into his shop or not, just yelled at me and threatened to towe my car, even though his car is packed in TWO spots! Which im most sure is illegal in Fort Collins. As I re-parked I saw him yelling outback as he put up angry notes on the parking signs claiming "he's not playing today" I gladly went to One Love Smoke Shop and will not be back again after being treated in such a way. Definitely will let everyone I know to not shop there as long as such disrespectful employees work there.

I have never seen anyone outside washing the exterior windows when I was there before but today, whenever I got there, the young lady that was working (Lory) was doing exactly that. I was kind of impressed so I thought I would leave a review. Service is always great and products are always available. I love me some wildside!

Great staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I'm from Boulder and wild side there was my go-to place, so I was thrilled there's one here too! - just an update. Still continue to visit you guys, and you're always super helpful and friendly! With what seems like a million choices with disposables, I trust your staff to help me get exactly what I need and leave very happy. I've become blind in the last year and your shop is one of few places I travel to alone. I know it takes a few more minutes to help me since I can't see to make my selections but the staff always help me without any complaints even if I ask them to read me a whole line of flavors for the third time. Thank you, guys, for helping me feel less disabled and like I can accomplish stuff!
