So happy to have Tim’s Liquor & Vape here in Fountain and so close to us! It’s incredibly convenient, especially since they offer delivery. The whole experience was easy. my delivery driver was so kind and friendly. Great service all around. Definitely happy to have a local place like this nearby and will be ordering again!

Absolutely awful experience. I placed my order for my birthday and ended up waiting 2.5 hours for my delivery. To make matters even worse, when it finally arrived, they delivered the wrong items. ☠️😂 Instead of taking responsibility and fixing their mistake, I had to spend even more time contacting DoorDash myself to get the issue resolved. No one should have to chase down a business to receive what they already paid for. This completely ruined the convenience of ordering and put a damper on my birthday. Between the excessive wait and incorrect items, this was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be ordering from this store again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting reliable service.

Do not order delivery! They will take alllll day. They won't answer the phone either. The customer service is bad too. I just can't believe I waited 2 and a half hours and they're still not here 😮‍💨

I have ordered from this store many times. Beyond great. The clerk is always in communication with the driver. So much that I thought I wasn't getting my stuff. So I went to the front desk as the delivery driver called me to deliver.... I felt like an idiot. But they worked with me. Awesome business guys!
