On Saturday night Jan 17 it was really cold outside, but when i walked in, i got really warmed and welcomed by the 2 staffs (Tre and his companion), they received me with kindness and professional information, especially on vapes. I like the young vibe smooth taste brand Neo, and there was plentiful choices there, i could select like ruby, jewel etc. i was so satisfied and thankful! Definitely come again!

It saddens me today to say that I have to leave a one star review on my favorite store. Today I went into the store and I wanted to purchase some incense and I was inquiring with the gentleman behind the desk and the woman who worked there with her back. Turn to me screams out. No we don’t sell things like that. I was not getting upset about it or anything. I continue to say based upon her tone of voice well I hope you have a better day. it seems like you’re having a bad day because for once she had her back turned to me as if I was no one that is not how you serve customers too. That is a glass case you don’t sit your back on a glass Case three I don’t appreciate her, trying to instigate an argument with me because she felt that I was being rude by saying well. I hope you have a wonderful day. It seems like you’re having a bad day and then after she told me, she felt it was rude. I apologized and she continued on like oh we don’t need your money this this in this well, I know the owners of these stores. They are some of the nicest gentleman I have ever met in my life. They came to me after I had an incident in the Boulder store and personally discounted some smoking utensils for me so this is why it’s breaking my heart that woman in there is giving you guys a bad reputation if she has done this to me how many other people has she done it to when she’s in a bad mood all I was saying is, I hope she has a better day and she felt I was being rude and she kept arguing with me getting louder and telling me that we don’t need your money after I told her that I was gonna call the owners of the store and report her to the managers which I did. I am appalled by her customer service today you guys will be lucky if I ever go back in there you’re not saying it in a mean way or anything I was a faithful customer of that place until today now I’m starting to second-guess what goes on there

Very cool place 😎 it mayb named freaky but this place is awesooom!I love how this is place has incents with very legit price and nice collection.MY FAVORITE IS INDIAN MOON 😅I think i just gave away my identity there😂 They also do piercings and someother gothic stuff clothing u cant find else where....you must check it out! Oh and the The tattoo artists are talented knowledgeable and very reasonable price too. And the other employees are nice too.And I also love the cleanliness of this place and the vibe always so welcoming and so lit.i always leave satisfied 😎🤟

Nathan is the best! I earned $199 of incentives at my job that was on a digital gift card. Nathan was super patient with me and took the time to show me how to add the card to my google wallet so I could do a tap to pay transaction. Gave him cash on the difference and walked out with a new Puffco Peak 😊 Been coming to this location since I was in HS and so happy to see this business still around 30 years later still offering great service!
